Here are some common copper grades and their characteristics:

Copper (Copper) :

Grade examples: oxygen free copper (T1), electrical copper (T2), electrolytic copper (T3), pure chromium zirconium copper (T4).

Features: High electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, suitable for manufacturing cables, wires, radiators, etc.

Brass:

Grade examples: H59. H62. H68. HPb59-1.

Features: Composed of copper and zinc alloy, with good corrosion resistance, machinability and toughness, often used in the manufacture of valves, pumps, turbine parts, etc.

Bronze:

Grade examples: QSn6.5-0.1. QSn7-0.2. QAl9-4. QZr0.05.

Features: Containing tin or aluminum and other elements, with good corrosion resistance, strength and wear resistance, used in the manufacture of ships, chemical equipment, watch parts and so on.

Copper (Nickel Silver) :

Brand examples: BFe10-1-1. BFe30-1-1.

Features: Containing zinc, nickel and other elements, good weldability, a certain corrosion resistance, suitable for use in decorative parts, pipe joints and so on.

Phosphor Bronze:

Grade examples: QSn4-3. QSn6.5-0.1.

Features: Contains phosphorus, has excellent elasticity, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, is widely used in springs, valves, bearings and so on.

Beryllium Copper:

Brand example: C17200 (BeCu).

Characteristics: Add beryllium element, with high elasticity, high strength and excellent nonlinear characteristics, suitable for the manufacture of spring and transistor shell.

Electrical conductor Copper (Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper) :

Brand: ETP.

Features: Good crystal structure, high conductivity, used in the manufacture of cables, wires, conductive materials, etc.

High Thermal Conductivity Brass:

Grade: Not specified, but characterized by high thermal conductivity.

Characteristics: Usually contains trace amounts of silicon or aluminum to optimize thermal conductivity, used in heat sinks and heat exchangers.

Refined Copper:

Grade: Can be divided into different grades according to purity.

Characteristics: High purity, low strength, widely used as the basic material for the production of other copper and copper alloys.

Copper aluminum alloy of varying purity:

Brand example: CCA.

Characteristics: Corrosion resistance is better than pure copper, good weldability, used in the production of cables, pipelines and so on.

Different grades of copper materials have specific uses in industrial applications, and they are selected for different working environments according to their characteristics. The above information is a brief introduction to the grade and characteristics of copper materials, and the specific application needs to be combined with detailed technical standards and industrial requirements.
