Tin Bronze
Tin bronze is a copper-based copper alloy containing tin as the main alloying element. The addition of tin significantly increases the hardness and strength of copper while maintaining good corrosion resistance, which makes tin bronze widely used in various engineering and art fields. Tin bronze has excellent corrosion resistance in seawater and saline environments, making it ideal for the manufacture of Marine components, Marine engineering and underwater equipment. In addition, the high wear resistance and good casting properties of tin bronze make it suitable for the manufacture of bearings, valves and decorative castings. Tin bronze is also often used in sculpture and architectural decoration because of its beautiful appearance and anti-fouling ability. The combined properties of this alloy show their value in many industrial applications, especially where a combination of high strength and corrosion resistance is required.
