C66800 Manganese Bronze

Naval Brass C46400 is nominally composed of 60% copper, 39.2% zinc, and 0.8% tin. As is typical of brass alloys with the duplex alpha + beta structure, C46400 has good strength and rigidity. By substituting tin for an equal quantity of zinc, a high corrosion resistance to seawater is achieved.

AMS 4616 is a special high strength silicon bronze; the additional iron content provides added strength in conjunction with the self lubricity of the silicon for excellent bearing and load properties. AMS 4616 / C65620 is easily machined into ball bearing cage assemblies.

C54400 Phosphor Bronze is the finest bearing alloy that the industry has to offer. It is an extremely machinable alloy that is equalled by few in the wrought metal industry as a bearing alloy. When annealed, this metal can be bent, formed, blanked, and stamped.

C69400 is a copper-nickel-silicon alloy, also known as "Silicon Bronze." It contains about 2% silicon, 1% manganese, and a residual amount of copper. This alloy has good corrosion resistance, high strength and high stiffness, and is not easy to deform, and has been widely used in shipbuilding, construction, power industry and other fields.
