Copper Coil: Copper coil refers to thin copper sheets that are rolled into a coil, similar to metal rolls. Copper coils are usually thinner, with thicknesses ranging from 0.01 millimeters to several millimeters, and can be cut to different sizes as needed. The coiled form makes it easier to transport and store.

Manufacturing Process:

Copper Plate: Primarily manufactured through a rolling process where copper material is repeatedly rolled into flat sheets.

Copper Coil: Produced by cold rolling or hot rolling processes, resulting in continuous thin sheets that are then wound into coils.

Applications:

Copper Plate: Commonly used in construction, electrical equipment, chemical equipment, and shipbuilding. Due to its greater thickness and rigidity, it is suitable for applications requiring sturdy structures.

Copper Coil: Widely used in electronics, connectors, heat sinks, and transformers. Because copper coils are thinner and easy to process and cut, they are ideal for manufacturing components that require bending, stamping, or complex shapes.

Flexibility and Convenience:

Copper Plate: More rigid and typically requires cutting and machining during use.

Copper Coil: More flexible, can be unwound and cut as needed, offering greater convenience.
